Some days are just busier than others and I knew today was going to be one of those days. I planned ahead yesterday and made double portions of everything so I could easily stay on track today. I had my local eggs and greens for breakfast and then I finished up my wheat berry sald for lunch and then the rest of yesterday’s chicken for dinner.
This got me to thinking about busy lifestyles. That’s not to say that I don’t have a lot to do—I do—but I’m not held to a nine-to-five schedule or bound by a rush hour commute. I’m heading into Week Two bearing that in mind.
